Karma LLP : Karma tech stack is a huge system of micro-services that manage the entire Karma Wifi Hotspot. It includes, but is not limited to managing payments, plans, creating and updating users etc.
FetchBotPlus : Built the entire system which was a ticketing tool, but with a difference for NOC system. The tool has an “accelerator” module which connects to the CDR servers / SFTP servers of the client and fetches the details required for the NOC technician to debug the reported issue. The application can also connect to a remote router through SSH, and run commands on this router. The application can also analysis a PCAP file and present the technician with the necessary analysis.
